  • Where is Seeing Scents based?
    Seeing Scents is a UK company, based in London.
  • Where are your products made?
    Our products are mixed and poured by hand in London.
  • Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
    Seeing Scents never has, and never will, test on animals, and we are proud to use only vegan and cruelty free ingredients in our scented candles, diffusers, and wax melts. This includes the wax, diffuser liquid, and fragrance oils we use. For more information about our values, please visit our About page.
  • What ingredients do you use in your products?
    Our candles, diffusers and wax melts all come with CLP labels on their base and/or packaging. These labels list the ingredients contained in that specific product, which may differ according to the product and/or scent. Rest assured, we only use vegan and cruelty free ingredients in our candles, diffusers, and wax melts. This includes the wax, diffuser liquid, and fragrance oils we use. We do not use any essential oils in our products.
  • What payment options can I use?
    Payment can be made by PayPal, Apple Pay and most major credit or debit cards through our secure checkout portal. We also support payments via Klarna and Clearpay.
  • Are your products CLP compliant?
    Yes, all of our products are CLP compliant. Our candles and diffusers all have CLP labels on their base, and our wax melts on their packaging.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Orders over £25 receive FREE standard shipping and orders over £50 receive FREE first class shipping to UK addresses. The cost of UK delivery parcel carrier is £2.95 for standard shipping on orders below £25 or £3.95 for first class shipping on orders below £50. We aim to dispatch your order right away on receipt of cleared payment. We aim to dispatch orders placed between Monday and Thursday within 48 hours (orders placed on Fridays and weekend will be processed on the next business day) but normally do so quicker. If for any reason your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Currently, we only ship within Great Britain. Please check back for updates!
  • How will my order be presented?
    We are proud to use plastic free packaging. Your items will be secured in a recyclable shipping box using biodegradable packing peanuts and sealed with recyclable paper tape.
  • Can my order be sent as a gift?
    Certainly! We never send out parcels with financial information in them. Please check back for more updates.
  • What is your returns policy?
    If for any reason you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, we will happily refund all unused goods up to 14 days from delivery. All goods must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. To return your items, please email contact@seeingscents.com with "Return Request [order #]" in the subject line within 14 days from receipt of your items and we will get back to you with next steps. Customers are responsible for the cost of trackable returns shipping. Once a return has been processed, please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method. If your goods have arrived damaged, please send us photographs immediately of the damaged items and we will send out replacements ASAP.
  • I've returned my item. When will I receive my refund?
    Thank you for your patience during this time. Once your return has been received and approved, we will send an email notification regarding its status. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for a credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
