Shipping Policy
Because we want you to enjoy our irresistible scented candles, diffusers and wax melts as soon as possible, orders over £25 receive FREE standard shipping and orders over £50 receive FREE first class shipping within the UK. The cost of UK delivery parcel carrier is £2.95 for standard shipping on orders below £25 or £3.95 for first class shipping on orders below £50. We aim to dispatch your order right away on receipt of cleared payment. We aim to dispatch orders placed between Monday and Thursday within 48 hours (orders placed on Fridays and weekend will be processed on the next business day) but normally do so quicker. If for any reason your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.
Return & Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for items purchased through another retailer, please return to the original place of purchase.
We will refund all unused goods up to 14 days from delivery. All goods must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
To return your items, please email contact@seeingscents.com with "Return Request [order #]" in the subject line within 14 days from receipt of your items and we will get back to you with next steps. Customers are responsible for the cost of trackable returns shipping and items must be securely sealed. Once a return has been processed, please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.
If your goods have arrived damaged and/or the goods are faulty, it is not related to misuse and the fault has occurred within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The return postage fee will be refunded on genuine fault items once we have carried out an inspection. Please ensure all returns are packaged up for transport.
